1. Enterprise AI Solutions & Business Transformation
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and translate high-value AI opportunities into practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and enhance decision-making.
• Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of AI-enabled digital solutions and internal business applications, delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that create measurable business impact.
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and scale AI use cases through iterative experimentation, accelerating idea-to- value cycles while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes to continuously refine AI solutions and identify new opportunities for improvement and long-term value.
2. AI Engineering & Innovation
• Drive AI-assisted software engineering by leveraging modern AI development practices to accelerate software delivery, improve engineering productivity, and enhance solution quality.
• Design and promote reusable AI components, APIs, integration frameworks, and automation services that enable scalable and maintainable enterprise AI solutions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, AI agents, enterprise AI platforms, and intelligent automation, leading rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate them and recommending enterprise adoption based on feasibility, scalability, and business return.
• Build strategic partnerships with AI vendors, technology partners, and innovation communities to accelerate technology adoption and continuously expand LOF's AI capabilities.
3. AI & Digital Solutions Delivery, Adoption & Governance
• Lead end-to-end AI and Digital Solution initiatives, managing project scope, timelines, resources, vendors, risks, stakeholder expectations, and project governance to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Ensure AI and digital solutions are securely integrated with enterprise applications, business processes, and data platforms while complying with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption by embedding AI into day-to-day operations, establishing best practices, and enabling business teams to leverage AI effectively and responsibly.
• Champion an AI-driven culture through knowledge sharing, training, and capability development, driving organizational change and continuous improvement to maximize user adoption and enterprise AI maturity.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of IT or Company management.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Digital, or enterprise technology projects in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Consulting is preferred.
AI & Technical Competencies
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, enterprise AI platforms, AI-enabled application architecture, and intelligent automation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered business solutions, internal digital products, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate software engineering, automate business processes, and improve developer productivity.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, software architecture, DevOps, Agile delivery, enterprise integration, cybersecurity, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to evaluate, operationalize, and scale emerging AI technologies into practical business capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
