1. Internal operation:
- Take care of documents (discount proposal, contract, etc.) based on brief of KAM, follow up to make sure it completed.
- Send request and follow up with related team to setup promotion on SAP.
- Work with internal stakeholders to request stock forecast based on plan of KAM.
- Follow up with internal teams to make sure our request delivers on time.
2. External operation
- Announce PO volume and timeline to inbound stock.
- Follow up to make sure PO delivers on time.
- Work with distributor to handle requests and issues (if any).
3. Platform operation
- Setup and list on our Upbase system about inventory.
- Setup and register promotion in shop and promotional campaign gate on platforms (Shopee & Lazada).
- Operational tasks related to platform – distributor – LOF like claim penalty points of platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of eCommerce roles from brand side, related role of FMCG companies
- Firm understanding of Ecommerce solutions and all performance tactics
- A proven track record of successful campaigns
