- Lead and drive sales internal stakeholders, to ensure LOF successfully set up a clear business structure and plan with customers.
- Ensure dedicated activity plan is well integrated in the full year of the top Customer plan.
- Follow the budget proposal to get budget supporting for new models (both marketing and trade).
- Ensure the implementation of key activities (top 5 key events by customers) through proper co-ordination with relevant teams (gift scheme, discount, etc.)
- Measure the success by customer and partner: monthly and FY sales and sales contribution.
- Make sure that the assortment and commercial plan are reflected in action plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Open to be creative thinker and problem solver in fast-changing environment
- 3+ years of new online business models from brand site for eCommerce, related role of FMCG companies
- Firm understanding of eCommerce solutions and all performance tactics
- Clear Omni Channel business model working for FMCG industry
- A proven track record of successful campaigns or projects
