Cost Analysis & Reporting (monthly):
- Monthly Closing and Prepare regular management reports and analyses related to supply chain performance and budget management.
- Analyze supply chain costs, including logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and inventory management, to to pointout abnormal variances and improve performance.
- Track and report on key supply chain metrics, providing insights to support in decision-making process.
Budgeting & Forecasting (AOP/LE):
- Assist in the development and management of the supply chain budget, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
- Support the forecasting process, monitoring actual performance, and providing variance analysis.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to provide financial guidance on inventory management, vendor negotiations, and logistics planning.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that impact the supply chain, providing financial input and analysis.
- Help in calculating Raw & Pack cost for projects of cost structuring to forecast and improve product margin.
Others tasks:
- Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain finance function, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
- Other ad-hoc tasks, relating to Supply chain function.
