1. Implement Material Planning:
- Develop and update the material supply plan based on production needs.
- Ensure materials are available in full and on time for production.
- Send purchase requisitions (PR) to the purchasing department.
- Analyze material demand based on the production plan.
- Forecast material supply situations and provide timely solutions in case of fluctuations.
2. Inventory Management of Materials:
- Monitor material inventory levels to ensure there are no shortages or excesses.
- Implement quality checks and assess the reasonableness of inventory, providing optimization suggestions.
- Control the material intake plan according to purchase requisitions.
3. Work with Purchasing and Related Departments on Material Planning:
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to confirm orders and track supply status.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to update BOM changes for materials.
4. Handle Supply Issues and Reporting:
- Address issues related to material supply, including shortages, late deliveries, and quality concerns.
- Periodically report on material usage to management levels.
- Analyze the efficiency of material usage and propose improvement measures.
5. Implement Work Assignments for the Team:
- Execute tasks assigned by the Head of Department for the material team.
- Evaluate team performance according to company policies.
- Carry out any other requests (if any) assigned by the Head of Department.
