- Sourcing & Tendering: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process (RFP/RFQ) for service packages. Identify reliable partners who understand factory safety and compliance.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives by consolidating vendors or renegotiating long-term contracts. Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Contract & SLA Management: Draft and manage service contracts with clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Ensure all service providers comply with the company’s EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and ISO standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Factory Managers, QA, IT, HR teams,… to understand their specific technical requirements and service expectations.,
- Vendor Assessment: Build KPI for service vendors, Evaluate vendor performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
*Work location: 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
*Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings (flexible WFH).
1.Education level: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
2.Year of Experienced:
- Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
- Experience in importation would be preferred.
- Technical engineering background with substantial professional experience (>2 yrs.) in Purchasing/ Buyer/ Sourcing.
- Preferred candidates have experience in procuring of equipment, spare part, construction
- Good command of PC skills including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred
