Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are timely met in terms of work plans, quality, price and delivery
Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business saving utilizing negotiation and Purchasing best practice tools and methods
Conduct contract/PO, ensure accuracy of Goods/services delivery, proceed to ensure timely payment process for the Supplier
Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation; Carry out initial site visits to build greater understanding of supplier capabilities & refine supplier listing
Explore alternative sources for goods, service, materials
Conduct market survey; Sourcing and Identifying suppliers of goods and services.
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
At least 3 - 4 years of experience working as procurement process end to end for goods in China market.
Preferred candidates have experience in procuring of POSM, Gift,services logictis, supply chain...for Sales & Marketing Department, Services Supply Chain.
Fluent in Chinese is must have (HSK4-5) and good English.
Good command of PC skills, to include advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred.
Good knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
