1. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage and supervise warehouse activities, organize warehouse activities effectively in terms of finance
- Control inventory to ensure full accuracy between reality and books
- Coordinate the work of warehouse staff and outsourced personnel
- Optimize warehouse activities, control compliance with procedures
- Monitor warehouse safety protection procedures.
2. KEY TASKS:
- Ensure the process of importing, exporting, and storing goods and materials in the warehouse is carried out accurately and effectively
- Allocate resources and plan warehouse activities, ensuring the storage and preservation of goods according to standards and safety.
- Train, guide, and assign work to warehouse staff, ensuring optimal work performance and compliance with safety procedures
- Plan and reorganize the warehouse to optimize the area, ensuring effective storage of goods.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with labor safety standards, warehouse hygiene, and fire prevention.
- Graduated from University, College or specialized certificates in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Warehouse Manager or equivalent positions and 10 years of experience working in Warehouse Team & experience in FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse, goods, and supply chain management processes
- Leadership skills, effective team management and problem solving, good communication and ability to work with other departments in the company
- Careful, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS, SAP) and office tools such as Excel.
