Job Description

  • Have a knowledge and experience on research (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Experience on ad-hoc research, particularly innovation (CPT, IDIs, FGDs)
  • Well manage agencies to ensure the project meet business objectives and in a good budget.
  • Good interpersonal to work well with across functions.
  • Preferred to Experience on Nielsen data.
  • Good at data process, analysis and reporting.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (advance in excel), preferred to Power BI.

Report to:  Market Research Manager

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from Business Administration or Marketing of Bachelor or related.
  • At least 03 - 05 years experience in research, consumer market insights, business insights or related fields. Particularly, experience on ad-hoc innovation research projects.
  • Preferred to MNC FMCG companies or research agencies. 
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
