Establish a supplier/OEM - Outsourcing quality assessment process.
Organize compliance with the process.
Update and improve the process to suit the Company's business operations.
Maintain documents related to supplier quality activities, including audit reports, inspection records, and supplier corrective action requests (CAPA)
Develop and implement supplier quality agreements and performance metrics (scoreboards) to ensure consistent quality across the supply chain.
2. Đánh giá nhà cung cấp / Supplier Evaluation
Work with Procurement to schedule supplier audits; coordinate with other parties to ensure implementation according to the AOP schedule.
Conduct periodic audits and new outsourced suppliers/OEMs as planned.
Report and update audit results with relevant parties (Procurement, suppliers).
Coordinate with Procurement to identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and qualify them for new product introductions or capacity expansions.

Lead problem-solving and root-cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate the recurrence of nonconformities within the scope of required handling.
Monitor/ verify GAP closure results from suppliers to ensure timely/ effective corrective actions.
4. Phát triển năng lực Nhà cung cấp / Supplier Capacity Development
Plan periodic training to develop supplier capacity based on Lof's development needs and existing Lof resources.
Conduct training in Quality/Food Safety knowledge of suppliers for internal and external stakeholders of LOF (suppliers).
5. Data và report
Prepare statistical data and monitor the non-conformance rate of input materials and quality results (KPIs) of all suppliers in the system. Analyze trends and take corrective actions to improve critical errors/suppliers.
Set up monthly reports on the Quality performance of input materials and suppliers.
Always update industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to the supplier's processing and quality management processes.

Professional knowledge and skills
Understanding of standards, and quality management systems of manufacturing plants according to ISO, HACCP…
Knowing inspection, control, product quality assessment, food safety, and general knowledge of QA/QC.
Having knowledge of chemical, physical, and biological analysis, and sensory assessment; Having skills and experience in the analysis is an advantage.
Having skills in applying production tools, statistics in quality management.
Having skills in internal assessment.
Having the ability to train, coach, and consult is an advantage.
