Job Description

1. Develop and Manage Overall Plans for Projects and Activation Programs for the Company's Product Lines

  •     Create annual project and activation implementation plans for assigned product lines follow up thematic & SKUs.
  •     Generate ideas and determine the scale for activation follow up thematic & SKUs.
  •     Propose activation activities for oversee & aligned with the overall direction/plans set by superiors or the product line.
  •     Plan and manage the annual budget for activation marketing projects.​
  •     Responsible for marketing activation activities in export and international markets.

2. Plan and Coordinate with Partners/Third Parties to Execute Product Sampling, Activations, Roadshows, etc., Both Internally and Externally

  •     Develop ideas and plans for activation activities and programs based on the direction from superiors/product line managers; prepare detailed briefs for agencies.
  •     Ensure programs and activation activities are executed on schedule, meet quality standards, and achieve set targets.
  •     Collaborate effectively with departments to operate activation marketing projects.​
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Brand, Trade, Marcom, and Agencies—to plan and execute content and activities.

3. Operate, Supervise Implementation, and Report on Projects and Activations.

  •     Manage on-site activation marketing projects.
  •     Supervise agencies/vendors to ensure implementation aligns with brand requirements.
  •     Report on the effectiveness of activation marketing projects.​

4. Consolidate Evaluations, Propose, and Select Solutions/Quotations from Partners/Suppliers That Meet Company Requirements.

  •     Suggest new ideas/technologies/updates that can be applied in the company's programs.
  •     Compare and contrast prices of project activation related items from suppliers with market rates to ensure optimal program execution costs.​

5. Manage Documentation, Papers, Materials, and Data of Executed Programs.

  •     Organize and store records, documents, data, and provide reports as needed.

 

  • Working Location: 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week,  Monday to Friday: Full day & Saturday: Morning only.

Job Requirement

1. Education / Degrees / Certifications.

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.​

2. Work Experience (Years, Field).

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project leader, project management organization, preferably with activation agencies.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and get experience more Oversee Site such as: Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines.... 

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills.

  • Solid foundation in Marketing, especially in organizing BTL activities (activations, product sampling).

  • Project management skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Communication skills.

  • Time management skills.​

4. Soft Skills / Personal Attributes.

  • Creative, dynamic, and agile.

  • Patient, meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

  • Ability to work under high pressure.​

  •  Good communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher)

  • Proficient in using MS Office.
