The Brand Manager will support The Marketing Director – International Markets the development and execution of brand strategies for KUN, focusing on driving growth and engagement in the Export market. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the dairy category, preferably in products for children aged 5–12.

Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Market Activation
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Brand Team, and Sales Team Export to implement brand-building activities for KUN.
- Drive consumer insights and market research initiatives to inform strategy and campaigns.
- Plan and execute communication and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and product visibility.
2. New Product Launches
- Work closely with the International Market Brand Team in Vietnam to coordinate the launch of new products tailored to Local Country consumers.
- Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs.
3. Team Leadership & Partner Engagement
- Supervise and coach Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to develop a team with deep consumer understanding and strong product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Local Country, including Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and Distributors, to ensure successful execution of brand activities.
1. Education level
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Economics
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus/advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Marketing Foundation and Brand Management
2. Year of Experienced
- 2+ years of experience in same role in Milk (preferably UltraMilk, IndoMilk, Nestle …), Food, Bererage or Nutrition company
- Ability to demonstrate basic financial acumen.
3. Core skills
- Strong capability to analyze consumer behavior, especially parents and kids aged 5–12, translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Comfort with interpreting sales data, campaign KPIs, and ROI metrics.
- Solid project management abilities.
- Have good knowledge of platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram for Local Country.
4. Leadership & Collaboration Skills
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Activation, and International Brand Team in Vietnam.
- Manage relationships with distributors, MT & GT channels
Team Management & Coaching
- Ability to supervise and mentor Assistant Brand Managers (ABMs).
- Build a team with strong product knowledge and consumer understanding.
Communication & Storytelling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal alignment and external campaigns.
