- Establish an annual marketing plan for the Company
- Support the Category Marketing Director to establish an annual marketing plan for the brand in charge.
- Propose, develop, and manage marketing programs for assigned products
- Proposing pricing strategy for brand products.
- Monitor and analyze the development of assigned new products (category strengths, sales, market share) and propose marketing and distribution programs.
- Analytics, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Store Marketing, Digital Commerce, etc., guide our external creative and media agencies in product marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand communication to drive the unique brand for the category in charge across multiple touchpoints, including ATLs, BTLs, digital, and in-store.
- Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing, QA/QC) to run the NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch.
- Propose, develop, and implement tactics to increase sales volume periodically and by region.
- Proactively propose and develop creative ideas for media to guide the partner of advertising agencies.
- Coordinate and guide internal and external partners to ensure plans are completed well.
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing Support Manager to forecast sales and advertising media for channels.
