Job Description

  • Nhận và xử lý đơn hàng theo quy trình của Công ty
  • Làm việc với khách hàng để điều chỉnh số lượng đặt hàng nhằm tối ưu chi phí vận chuyển trên từng route giao hàng
  • Phối kết hợp với các bộ phận liên quan bán hàng như Kho vận, vận chuyển, kế toán nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động giao hàng diễn ra đúng tiến độ.
  • Làm các báo cáo theo dõi tiến độ, kiểm soát, tổng hợp việc cung cấp, vận chuyển hàng hóa cho khách hàng
  • Cập nhật và duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu liên quan đến NPP, khách hàng thường xuyên.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan
  • Ưu tiên từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương ngành FMCG ( sữa, nước uống...)
  • Tư duy tốt, xử lý tình huống nhanh có khả năng phân tích
  • Khả năng làm việc và tư duy về số tốt và làm việc dưới sức ép cao
  • Khả năng lập kế hoạch tốt
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tốt
  • Có kỹ năng tốt về dịch vụ khách hàng
  • Xắp xếp công việc gọn gàng, khoa học
  • Khả năng làm việc chính xác, chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình và trung thực
  • Sử dụng tốt Excel
  • Cẩn thận, năng động và hay giúp đỡ đồng nghiệp
