JOB SUMMARY
Lead and facilitate the application of OE; identify, coordinate, and actively participate in value chain improvement initiatives within the plants to support the achievement of the manufacturing strategy.
DESCRIPTION
1. Leading & managing CHANGE:
- Drive cultural change at the local level - Develop & improve the ongoing processes using subject matter expertise of business transformation concepts such as Operational Excellence, Lean Thinking, and Six Sigma & Company's best practices. Review all routines engineering systems, and processes annually.
- Work closely with Functional Leads to deliver OE strategic business plan commitments
- Coordinate the contribution of all functional managers to perform the annual OE assessment, review, and track the implementation progress of the improvement plan.
2. Facilitate CHANGE system:
- Build capability on OE tools and methodology in the prganization through training, coaching, and hands-on demonstration, and application of OE
- Lead and develop the integrated management systems in manufacturing.

3. Project Management:
- Facilitate the identification and implementation of plant improvement projects.
- Lead and demonstrate Project
- Ensure integrity of the problem-solving process
- Facilitate the problem-solving learning process
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the desired results by clarifying project goals, specifying the needed resources, scheduling the project, and assigning responsibility for completing all tasks. Monitoring and modifying the project during implementation and evaluating the success of the project.
4. Capability development:
- Facilitate the implementation of required capability development programs (such as SCFX,...) with a clear plan, milestone and vision.
- ly adapt and embrace change in the organization.
- Build up the learning culture at manufacturing
- Build up and implement a Succession plan for all levels at the Plant level.
- Manage own performance in a way that shapes a high performance, high engagement culture
- At least a university graduate. Degree educated in a relevant business discipline preferred, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of industrial experience with at least 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience
- Background in Lean manufacturing, Belt certification is preferable
- Formal training in problem-solving and tools
- Experience in positions of the Supply chain, Manufacturing, and Packaging working environment
- Experience in leading capital or process improvement projects, some experience in people change initiatives and process improvement
- Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred
- Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS,
- Experience working with vendors, customers and consumers.
- Experience in working with government authorities and third parties.
- Good training and presentation skills, techniques, applications, and practices.
- Result-oriented with fact-base-driven, data-oriented, logical and analytical skills, detail-oriented, systematic thinking, and a sense of excellence
- Self-driven personality with a can-do attitude
- Good communication in English.
- Working time: Working hours are from Monday to Saturday - 48 hours/week.
- Work location: Bau Bang Plant - Binh Duong Province.
