Job Description

  • Hỗ trợ toàn bộ chứng từ team mua hàng kỹ thuật Capex/MRO/Dự án.
  • Phụ trách mua hàng dịch vụ nhà máy Bàu Bàng và/hoặc Củ Chi.
  • Hỗ trợ thủ tục chứng từ đấu thầu cho những dự án mới.
  • Trình ký chứng từ cho team mua hàng Nhà máy Ba Vì, Củ Chi và Bàu Bàng (ký tờ trình, hợp đồng, thanh toán, biên bản, chứng từ hải quan, etc.)
  • Tìm kiếm nguồn hàng & phụ trách mua dịch vụ ở nhà máy Bàu Bàng và/hoặc Củ Chi theo phân công

Job Requirement

 

  • 1~2 năm kinh nghiệm trong mua hàng, hiểu thủ tục mua hàng từ tìm kiếm nguồn đến theo dõi thanh toán, giao & nhập hàng.
  • Biết theo dõi chứng từ chặt chẽ tình trạng qua nhiều công đoạn, trình ký & chỉnh sửa hoặc trả về, in, đóng dấu.
  • Cầu tiến, ham học hỏi, lắng nghe & chịu áp lực
