Job Description

1. Sales export support:

  • Order Management: Receive, validate, and monitor international purchase orders; ensure accuracy in pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and delivery schedules.
  • Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with forwarders, warehouses, and internal logistics teams; track vessel schedules; handle shipment issues and document discrepancies.
  • Export Documentation: Prepare and verify PI, PO, Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, and other export documents according to market requirements.
  • Data & System Management: Update ERP/CRM records; ensure data consistency and accuracy across departments.
  • Compliance & Internal Control: Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance rules, and internal company policies.

2. Sales Support:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and inventory analyses; support sales teams with KPI tracking and customer insights, prepare all payment requests, sales proposals for distributors & customers, manage sampling, prepare incentive schemes, and sales contracts under coordination with sales team, etc.
  • Work closely with cross-function teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by superior management and sales team.

 

Job Requirement

1.Education level

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred majors: International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2.Work experience (number of years, field)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

3.Professional knowledge and skills

  • Good understanding of regulations related to HS Codes, Certificates of Origin, quarantine requirements, product declaration/registration, and import regulations for specific international markets
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, export documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Good attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

4.Soft skills/personal characteristics

  • English at a workable level.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP/CRM systems.
