Plan and develop quality control and food safety plans for QA Dept of Manufactoring.
Develop/contribute to the promulgation of relevant processes, forms, and guidance to implement control and quality assurance activities of the factory.
Consistently and implement QA Dept goals and KPIs for QA staff.
Manage input material quality control and interact with relevant departments to resolve material quality issues.
Coordinate the implementation of tests when there are changes in materials and packaging.
Monitor storage conditions, import and export of raw materials at the factory warehouse to minimize quality and food safety risks for raw materials.
Manage control activities of raw material preparation, processing, filling, and packaging to ensure compliance with the production process and support the handling of quality issues that occur during the production process.
Manage inspection sampling activities and measurement results of physicochemical, packaging, and microbiological quality to ensure stable quality.
Manage the monitoring of the quality of stored samples and shipping samples to make appropriate release decisions.

Manage the control of non-conforming products, ensure that non-conforming products are handled properly, and take measures to minimize non-conforming products.
