Job Description

  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends in the market (Southeast Asias).
  • Developing product launching and managing marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands in Market.
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Working with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants.
  • Support Group Brand Manager in developing marketing strategy and execution plan in Market.
  • Support Sales forces in preparation of sales material and align them to corporate marketing strategy.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major.
  • Excellent English Written and Spoken Communication skills.
  • At least 3-5 year experience in the same position, within Milk, Food & Beverage, & Confectionery industry is a big plus.
  • Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
  • Can go on an international business trip as per job requirements.
