Responsible for building product portfolio strategies, developing & implementing new product line/industry expansion projects, to promote sales growth, market share & Kun brand strength, for product groups of dairy drinks, confectionery, and snacks.
1/ Brand Strategy
• Develop an overall brand strategy
• Develop a budget plan
• Manage P&L and business targets, market share, and brand strength
• Ensure consistent brand image and positioning across all touchpoints
2/ New Product Development
• Conduct market research and user needs analysis, brainstorm ideas, develop formulas, and survey users.
• Define and design packaging
• Develop a product launch plan
• Monitor project progress and implement product launch according to plan
• Evaluate effectiveness and plan improvements as needed
4/ Marketing Activities Implementation
• Develop and implement integrated marketing programs (communication, promotional activities, product trials, sales support, displays, etc.)
• Monitor effectiveness and plan improvements as needed
5/ Market Research
• Monitor and research the market, users, trends, and competitors.
• Identify growth opportunities.
6/ Budget Management & Reporting
• Monitor monthly and annual budget planning and utilization, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
• Regularly update plans, progress, and reports on the effectiveness of marketing and product programs.

*Work location: 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
*Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings (flexible WFH).
Qualifications/Degrees/Certificates
• University degree in marketing, business administration, economics, commerce, communications, or equivalent.
Work Experience (years, field)
• Experience in new product development, OEM/Co-manufacturing projects is an advantage.
