Phát triển công thức sản phẩm mới từ giai đoạn lab đến pilot, lựa chọn nguyên liệu và làm việc với nhà cung cấp để tối ưu giải pháp kỹ thuật.
Đánh giá cảm quan nội bộ và trình mẫu cho Ban Giám đốc (BGĐ) duyệt mẫu.
Xây dựng công thức, quy trình thử nghiệm và phối hợp với phòng kế hoạch, mua hàng, QA và nhà máy để chạy thử nghiệm.
Đánh giá cảm quan, chất lượng và độ ổn định (shelf-life) của sản phẩm; hoàn thiện công thức trước khi thương mại hóa.
Kiểm tra thông tin thành phần, claim nhãn và tính tuân thủ quy định VSATTP đối với thị trường nội địa và xuất khẩu.
Thiết lập BOM để gửi các bộ phận liên quan tính cơ cấu giá thành và BGD duyệt BOM.
Nghiên cứu cải tiến công thức, nguyên liệu và quy trình nhằm nâng cao chất lượng, cảm quan và hiệu quả chi phí. Đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm hiện hành và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến phù hợp.
Thực hiện thử nghiệm thay thế nguyên liệu, tối ưu định mức và đánh giá ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm. Đánh giá mẫu thử nghiệm về chất lượng và shelf-life của sản phẩm.
Thiết lập BOM để gửi các bộ phận liên quan tính cơ cấu giá thành và BGD duyệt BOM.
Phối hợp, hỗ trợ các bộ phận liên quan (QA, Sản Xuất, Mua Hàng, Kế hoạch của LOF và các đối tác gia công) để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng nguyên liệu và sản phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất thương mại Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các bộ phận liên quan về công thức, nguyên liệu và quy trình sản xuất.
Báo cáo tiến độ và kết quả nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm theo tuần/tháng/quý.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

*Thời gian làm việc: 44 giờ/tuần, từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu & sáng thứ Bảy.

Develop new product formulations from lab to pilot, select raw materials, and work with suppliers to optimize technical solutions.
Conduct internal sensory evaluations and present samples to the Board of Directors for approval.
Develop formulations, testing procedures, and coordinate with the planning, purchasing, QA, and factory departments for trial runs.
Evaluate the sensory quality, quality, and shelf-life of the product; finalize the formulation before commercialization.
Verify ingredient information, claim labels, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations for both domestic and export markets.
Establish Bill of Materials (BOM) for submission to relevant departments for cost structure calculation and for BOM approval.
Research and improve formulations, raw materials, and processes to enhance quality, sensory appeal, and cost efficiency. Evaluate the quality of current products and propose appropriate improvement solutions.
Conduct material substitution trials, optimize material requirements, and evaluate the impact on product quality. Evaluate test samples for product quality and shelf life.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for submission to relevant departments for cost structure calculation and for BOM approval by the Board of Directors.
Coordinate and support relevant departments (QA, Production, Purchasing, LOF Planning, and outsourcing partners) to resolve issues related to material and product quality during commercial production. Provide technical support to relevant departments regarding formulations, materials, and production processes.
Report on product research and development progress and results weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

*Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings (flexible WFH).

Kỹ năng cảm quan tốt, nhạy bén. Kỹ năng làm việc trong phòng thí nghiệm; kỹ năng nghiên cứu, pha chế mẫu.
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc theo nhóm.
Chủ động, chi tiết và cẩn thận trong công việc.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp & truyền đạt thông tin tốt, kỹ năng phân tích – tổng hợp – xử lý tình huống.
Tiếng Anh lưu loát là một lợi thế.
Sử dụng thành thạo Ms Office.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Biotechnology or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG company specializing in dairy/nutritional products.
Excellent sensory skills and keen perception. Skills in laboratory work; research and sample preparation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and meticulous in work.
Excellent communication and information transmission skills, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
